  My husband found my incredible vintage engagement ring here. I hate to take it off so it gets a lot of abuse and when I accidentally bent it, I had it repaired somewhere else which was a big mistake. There was an ugly melted mark on the side and soon after one of the diamonds fell out. I called Gray and Davis in desperation and sent my ring off the next day. I got it back a week later and it looks just like the first day I put it on! Anna was wonderful to work with and called me right away when they got it to tell me what the jeweler thought it needed and again to let me know when it was on it's way back. And their price for the fix was less than the hack job I had paid for locally, including shipping! Lesson learned, I will never send my antique jewelry anywhere else for repair.
