  Mr. Foy agreed to handle a case for us. He makes promises to stay in touch and keep us updated, but as soon as the check cleared, he didn't return our phone calls, and we had to leave several messages on his cell phone, and threaten to report him before he returned our calls. I showed up at his office, and I could see him at his desk, but his secretary said he was on the phone (which he obviously wasn't) and did not allow me to wait to speak to him. Once our case was decided, we called him to ask for clarification and he never called us back. He's just there to take your money and run. He is unprofessional, yelled at my husband, and didn't treat us with respect or dignity. His office is in a seedy building across the hall from a psychic. You'll have better luck getting help from them.
