  Was given false information from the Cleburne location by someone named Amanda about having to go in and reactivate my card after they had closed it. She didn't even bother checking even after informing her I would be late for work because its out of the way. She didn't care regardless. No one at the Cleburne location even mentioned having to reactivate the card after the account had been closed, I had to figure it out for myself when I needed to use my card.. So, I wasted gas going to the Grandview location and was late for work just to find out they could have done it over the phone. Luckily grandview location seems to know what's going on and are much friendlier and more considerate. They made sure to get it done as quickly as possible since I was in a hurry. I will be doing all my in bank stuff at the Grandview location from now on.. they're much more helpful.
