  Yo tuve una buena experiencia al contratar mis servicio de viaje con esta empresa , el trato no es el mejor a la hora de reservar, pero finalmente pague una cantidad minima de impuestos, me resulto económico viajar. Pague mi paquete vacaional en partes eso fue una gran ventaja.

  CONSUMER ALERT FRAUD. This is a fake agency. They change the contact information constantly and they don´t have a fix office. When I tried to help my uncle cancel the process of purchasing a package of about $800, its legal manager, Carolina Smith, told me that the charge was already made and a full refund was not possible. After rejecting all the offers of changing or fw the package to other family members, she told me that the Operations Department will contact me for a refund of $250 after state and county taxes and financial fees. After four months, not only I never got any refund, but also when I try to contact this CRIMINAL agency and any of its representatives I talked to, my call is on hold for half an hour before it ends without any answer.

  ALERT!!! FRAUD!!! DO NOT BUY ANY PACKAGE THAT THIS PEOPLE OFFERS YOU !!! I got a phone call from Rosio Bermudez offering me a lot of things for certain amount of money. Now that I'm ready to use my package they want to charge me a lot more than what I paid saying that is tax, fee and more...This people are extremely rude and unprofessional . Starting with the customer reps and ending with the Manager Juan Rodriguez.
