  Free Wi-Fi and trains are always available. Also, the D and B station is close to a lot of hotels. The Leon, Wyndham, 50, etc... To name a few. The M15 is 2 blocks away and the M103 is a block away and can take you to City Hall and South Ferry.

  Only one exit out off the platform in the center, which can slow things down -- but like other stations, wifi and cell service are present.
