  Bought a Certified 2017 Legacy in December. The salesperson was awesome. Helped me a lot. But then I had issues with the car and everytime the Service did not find anything or did not want to do anything. And I still have warranty. I wonder what will they do after it expires. My experience is that, they are good as long as the car is good. If your car has problems then God help you.

  This is our 2nd purchase with This Subaru dealer. They were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t negotiate prices but they threw in some extras and gave us GREAT Value for our trade-ins. Roy has helped us twice now and he is very knowledgeable, smart and funny. I would definitely recommend. The waiting room in service is very nice and the complimentary goodies are always nice. Loaner vehicles are available from service but make sure to book in advance. Overall I would recommend.

  The staff and customer service at Grand Prix Subaru were excellent. Mr. M. Nowak was very courteous and our inquiries by phone and text were answered in a very prompt and manner. The explanation of all fees were also direct and clear which made the buying process easier. I would highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru to our friends.

  I must say a great car buying experience. Our salesperson Agata was very attentive to our needs. She treated us like people not just like a sale. She was not in any way pushy and was very knowledgeable of her product. The dealership as a whole was a comfortable atmosphere, every employee we encountered was polite and genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. Jenna, the sales manager also went above and beyond under difficult circumstances to make us feel right at home. Kudos to this dealerships culture ! Highly recommended.

  I came in expecting the usual car buying experience, but Paul Perrotta was the best, most understanding sales professional I’ve dealt with at a dealership. He was sensitive to my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. No negotiation was needed, after I already accepted the price they gave me, I got a follow up call telling me I was getting my new car at an even smaller monthly, never heard of a dealership doing that!! It’s evident this dealership prides themselves on customer experience, I highly recommend this place!!! Paul was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to thoroughly go over each detail of the car, as well as the ins and outs of leasing vs financing. Everyone involved with my transaction was pleasant and kind. Definitely worth stopping by.
