  From the moment I got out my Lyft, I was greeted by a huge smile from a bus driver waiting on his own cab, then a man that said, "Follow me, I'll help you get upstairs safely". I lost my phone, and they had it. Medahlie (I know it's spelled wrong) was SO kind, and sounded just the way he did over the phone. Like he had a big heart. And one of his co-workers, a gentelman in a light gray hoodie, even drove me to the bus stop to make sure I found my way back home safely. You know, we spend so much time upset with the MTA, or the buses, but we have no idea what the people are like behind the scenes. Kind, hardworking people that are happy to take care of us. And make sure that we, and the things that are most important to us, reach home. THANK YOU SO MUCH 48-05 GRAND. Bless you. ~Keona
