  Winston Howell was awesome to deal with. He was not pushy; in fact everyone was very easy and fair to work with. I felt like they gave me a beautiful car (a Chevy Traverse) for a great price! I’ll see how the service department is should I need to use them sometime, but so far I’d recommend both Winston and Graff.

  I have to give these guys 5 stars excellent customer service not to mention the awesome music they were playing while we waited. Rick was excellent he listened to the issues I previously had and he got everything and more!!!!! Graff and Rick has a custom do life definitely sending people there. Msn I'm so excited about what we are paying as well!!!!

  Just purchased a brand new Silverado from Graff and had an excellent experience! Our sales consultant was Jesus Garza and he was very honest and genuine. He went out of his way to explain several new features and was very attentive to my three young sons. He made my car buying experience a breeze and I would recommend him and this Chevrolet location to any one seeking to purchase a new vehicle!

  Not a good experience. Found the car I wanted for the right price, but I spent several hours there well past closing because they weren't communicating with each other and kept messing things up. It took two more trips to get the car re-certified (they didn't tell me I would need to do that until after I signed everything) and every time I went back they messed something up and wasted more hours of my time. I wrote the GM an email and he never responded. Red flag! They did call me about a week later. It turns out they weren't calling about my email - the finance guy had messed up the paperwork and they wanted me to come back a fourth time! My temporary plates expire in a week and I still haven't heard from the dealership about my new plates and registration. I'm sure they have messed that up too. This used to be an independent, family-owned dealership with a good reputation and people who had been there a long time. All the older guys have retired and the dealership is not in good hands now.

  Very happy with our experience! All the team members were so kind to us and extremely helpful. We got the BEST price for our trade-in, an ideal arrangement with the financing and we LOVE our new Traverse. We would happily use them again in the future.
