::Don't let the outside of the building fool you! I almost didn't book here because it looked grim and dull in pictures. One step in the lobby and your mind will be totally changed. This place has a very boutique feel. The attention to detail is impressive. From the sign-in desk to the wallpaper to the quilt on each bed, everything is beautiful enough to post on your social media accounts while paying tribute to the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis. The hotel offers free shuttle service to just about anywhere in the area as well as pick ups. Book here and feel fancy LOL

::Fantastic! Every part of my stay was perfect. Awesome MN decor, really fresh and clean, wonderful staff and plenty of fun activities. I have personally crowned the Graduate my fav Twin Cities hotel. So impressive, so much more than a hotel, this is a destination. I absolutely recommend staying here!

::The Graduate @ Minneapolis is one of the best places to stay if you are planning to visit the University of Minnesota. Located right at the heart of the campus on University Avenue, it is right next to the railroad that connects Minneapolis and St. Paul. Rooms are quite large and spacious and room service is excellent. There's free WiFi as well - one of the reasons University students flock the lobby here!

::I enjoyed hotel’s concept, design, and decor. However, the rooms are not clean (stained towels, stained sheets, stained shower curtain, floors require vacuuming, furniture needs dusting, counters and mirrors need wiping down) and the walls and floors are paper thin (you can hear everything outside the room and above the room). Also, they apparently have a plumbing issue; running the water in the bathroom sink causes the sink to shake and a very loud continuous noise (sounds like a generator running) to occur. I thought it was air in the pipes but it happened every time I ran the water. In addition to addressing the potential plumbing issue, I think if the cleaning standards were improved and enforced the hotel would be much better.
