  The room was dirty, never cleaned for our entire stay. We did not receive breakfast as advertised. The bathroom had soap from the previous guest and we did not get towels. Beer, water bottles in the room and in the refrigerator - half opened. The sheets were dirty, our TV never worked. We had trouble checking in and after that we never saw any person at the front desk. The guests next to us checked ou and were equally disgusted with the hotel. It was a huge disappointment, we had stayed there last year and it was a totally different experience. I believe there is new management and that is why there was such a dramatic stay. I will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

  Hotel da incubo! Le foto ingannano. Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni (dal 3 al 15/09/2014) e premetto che siamo una coppia senza grosse PRETESE! Camera impolverata, bagno con peli pubici e capelli di precedenti persone, fondo del water marron, vasca lurida e piastrelle con fughe piene di muffa, lenzuola mai sostituite, salviette solo 2 volte in 12 gg, personale in reception quasi perennemente assente in qualsiasi ora, ho dovuto mandare una mail perché facessero le pulizie ma è stato sotituito solo il sacchetto della spazzatura e cambiate le salviette per il resto è rimasto uno schifo! Cambiate posto se siete ancora in tempo!

  This place is beneath contempt. There is no comparison between its publicized photos and the grim reality. The hotel is filthy. When we arrived, it was clear that the room was vacated moments earlier and had not been touched by any cleaning efforts. The garbage cans were full, we found empty soda cans everywherre, and worst of all, there were no clean towels or sheets. enter at your own risk!!
