  When we stay in our first floor guest room, we hear people talking very laud in the front desk and upstairs,which means the wall is really very thin and non-sound-proofing. There is only one furniture in this tiny room : the bed .No table ,no chair,even no trash bin. Don’t expect too much on this hotel.It’s very overpriced.

  Why isn't this place booked solid 3 6 5!? A steal of a deal! Staff is amazing and the rooms are a pure joy. Be careful about the 5th floor. You might never want to leave!!! Sure sure they don't have food in-house, but all the world's amazing dishes and great wines from some of the best places in Brooklyn are literally right outside.

  I usually try to not give any place a rating below 2, but in this case they worth it. Let's do a pro and con review. PROS: the minimalist design is nice. It is close to good restaurants and many Subway stations. CONS: the service is terrible. The lobby is always dirty. The walls are so thin that you literally can hear the voices of the rooms next door. The bathroom design is useless. The room's floor flooded after shower. If you can avoid this place.

  The location is easy to get to by public transportation. The service was great it was a easy fast check in and check out. The room was nice modern design very homey and cozy

  This hotel is small in room size like all typical Brooklyn hotels. The issue I had with my stay is that the cleaning staff is clearly outsourced so if you didn't get towels that day then you are out of luck or if you need an extra towel, no one is willing to help. The room is fairly clean however the vanity sticks out over the sink to make it awkward to be able to brush my teeth. The shower does not enclose so water gets all over the bathroom floor and there is no where up put your soap or shampoo. There is NO restaurant, coffee shop, breakfast, parking, gym, etc available on site. There are several great eating places nearby and the subway is close as well. I felt like the room was over priced. Everything was tolerable if the price point was less. I would rather pay more money for better service and amenities in a hotel. I would only recommend this place if the price is cheap and you are not staying long.
