  I discovered my right rear tire was soft on my way home from work, having picked up a nail somewhere, and popped in quite unexpectedly to visit the fine folks of Goodyear Downtown Jax. Mike got my paperwork started at the front counter, and Danny completely fixed my tire free of charge in less than a half-hour. It's so nice to know there are still honest, reliable, competent folks out there when you need them. When the time comes for my Cruze to get a new set of tires, I will definitely remember this great group of guys!

  I was traveling to Florida from NJ in my 5th wheel camper and had 2 tire blowouts along the way. I called the Goodyear dealer in Jacksonville and the manager was very informative. I went there and had the 4 tires changed on the RV. The staff was friendly and did a great job. Thanks Guys.
