  I came to get an oil change and an alignment done on my car, but. What I didn't expect were the rude nasty derogatory comments that I recieved from a man working at the front desk. I didn't pay for someone to come up and ask me my last name and then turn around just to ask my 8 month old daughter the same thing. Nor make it seem like I didn't want my child to begin with. I was planning on becoming a regular but the only reason why I would ever come back is to speak to a manager. Racist workers should not be tolerated in the work place... EVER!

  I purchased tires for my car and went to get them put on and.i asked if they could check the battery and alternator because I was having a small problem starring the car. They called me later and said it was going to cost me 1100 bucks to fix everything. Little did they know I fix cars and do it for a hobby on the side. They said my shocks were bad and my motor was messed up I just rebuilt my motor so why would they try to get me to pay for another suspension job rip me off. Dont come here unless you like giving money away

  Raul and Enrique always help me out when I am here. The are fair and just, always advise me of what needs to be done and set me expections 100%. I go to them versus the dealer since the dealer charges more. Highly recommend this location as I've been coming here for years.

  We were in San Antonio from the Midwest. We had a tire that developed a slow leak. We went to Goodyear to get it fixed. They were fast, courteous, professional, thorough, and charged way less than we expected. Great place, Great people! Would go back there anytime!

  Great place if you do not mind leaving your car there all day. Pay no attention to time estimates... these guys have no clue and are in no hurry. Take this review with a grain of salt... I'm the idiot that keeps going back. I've had tires replaced, oil changes, and most recently an inspection. Oil change took 8.5 hours... my wife sat there 45 minutes after they closed with our 1 month old waiting... they originally said "2.5 hours max." The inspection "turn around time is 2 hours," yet I waited 5 hours to get my car back. No one there has ever come off like they were even concerned it takes so ridiculously long. If the wait is 8 hours, just say "8 hours." I'd recommend going anywhere else.
