::I was overwhelmed by the compassionate care I received. It honestly restored my faith in modern medicine and possibly humanity. Had a trip to the ER and an overnight stay. My doctor's, nurses, and techs were wonderful. One doctor specifically showed tremendous respect for my spirituality and spoke to me like I was intelligent which I really appreciated. There were many great people on my team I was blessed to talk to. If there were more places run like this I don't think there would be such a gap between deeply religious people and the medical community.

::Had to have minor surgery was very pleased withe entire staff from the front intake to the nurses who were excellent and the doctors were excellent I appreciate how they treated me and so far the procedure seem to be a great job. I have been in Cincinnati close to 2 yrs I have decided Good Samaritan will be my hospital if I ever have to be treated. Thank you again and keep up the fantastic work it means so much!! I was there 2-5-23 in the ER

::Complex just like any other hospital but they give you paper directions each time which is so very nice. For the most part, everyone there is friendly/polite. The doctors actually show care and good customer service (which alot of places lack extremely bad). The midwives, nurses and receptionists are very informative, patient, advanced and helpful. Thank you all for the hard work that each of you do and thank you for going into work period. Good Sam's staff understand what it means to be a team because it shows in everything they do. Don't forget employee appreciation and to continue to boost employee moral. Happy Holidays.

::Wow, what happened to Good Sam? I was born at this hospital, 50 years ago. I was there in 2015 for Trauma 1- was GREAT. But now? Wow. The nurses, fabulous, work as hard as they can they are great. However the administration and attending physicians I had - wow. One attending, wanted to release me, *same-day* - during recovery of severe Hyponatremia! I was still having CNS systems as my body corrected, and couldn't even WALK YET. However, he wanted to get me out of there, and insinuated he was getting pressure from "Above." I had to switch admitting physicians to my own doctor, to avoid the dangers of going to WAY too early. Even after switching admitting doctors, the aforementioned doctor came in DAILY for the next two days, insinuating I could do the tests my new admitting doctor ordered out-patient, and continued to disregard the new admitting. Look, I have family that are DOCTORS, nurses, charge nurses even at various Cincy hospitals, even at SUNY and Johns Hopkins. They're amazed at my experience. Myself and family are appalled at the treatment and borderline malpractice of the attending physicians in my case. I've NEVER had a problem with ANY doctor my entire life. This attending physician had ONE JOB: Get my vitals stable, and ship me home to fare for myself. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD SAM? Is it The "Try Health" effect? We'll let the State Medical Board figure it out.

::Had our first baby here and the overall experience was great! From the beginning of the pregnancy (our OB doctor was also here) to taking our baby home— everything went smoothly. The nurse who was with my wife during the delivery was such a kind lady! The delivery room was very spacious and had nice views. The nursery was a little smaller than we expected but they told me a new wing was being built so recent experiences may be different. All essential stuff for the baby (diapers, formula, wipes, clothes, etc.) were provided by the hospital during the time we stayed in the hospital (two days). Good Sam is a fantastic hospital and I would definitely recommend it. They handled everything well even during the pandemic.
