::We have been searching for several months for the perfect cushion cut diamond and found it here! I was doing research online and found some YouTube videos from Good Old Gold. They explained and showed the comparisons of different types of diamond cuts and what to look for. I called their store and spoke with Matt and gave him the specs of what I wanted. He was very patient and took the time to find what I was looking for. We exchanged emails a few times and the communication/customer service was excellent!!! We flew from Florida all the way to New York to meet them. The diamond they had held for us exceeded our expectations at a VERY FAIR price! Matt took the time to show us our diamond under a miscroscope and compare other cuts with it. Our cushion cut diamond sparkled more than any other diamond we have seen!!! After making our decision on the diamond we met Marie who took the time to give us quotes for a custom engagement ring. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the components in a ring. Needless to say, we walked out with a beautiful loose diamond and couldn’t be happier. We look forward to seeing Matt and his staff again in the future when we upgrade.
