  This business is newly reowned and renamed Marta's cleaners. I couldn't give this new business negative stars because it was not an option. I took a sentimental piece, a dress very delicate, and entrusted them to dry clean it. During a trial test, they ruined my dress - I can no longer wear the dress. I gave them a second opportunity to rectify the mistake with no success. Did not have the decency of calling me to provide an update. I had to go out my way to contact them. The owners cell phone conveniently disconnected as I was physically in the store making a yet a third complaint. They did not compenste me for the dress nor the inconvenience of holding the dress for over a month....the damage was so irreparable, the person who cleans the clothing was fired. Please take the length of this review as my indication of my frustration, the lack of professionalism, and non compliamce of this new so called business. Do not entrust your clothing here! Do not be dazzled by the fancy decor...they are unskillful, and the most unprofessional group...expertise is lacking in all areas!
