  Been a member here since 2004. Showed up to work out a couple of weeks ago, and the place was closed down. No phone call, no email, no notice. My bank shows that my tanning membership was sent to a location an hour away, and my gym membership was sent to a place a half-hour away in the opposite direction. Now I get to chase down exactly who owns my memberships and try to cancel them. Unbelievable. Seven years a member, paid on time every month, and this is how I'm thanked. Very disappointed. Done with Gold's forever.

  Not bad, I trained there on the weekends for the past year and a half leading up to my Natural Bodybuilding show. Good: very open inside, lots of room, 24 hours during the week, 6am to 8pm on Sat and Sun, tons of Hammer Strength and free weights. Bad: Location isn't easy to get to from I20. Not open 24 hours on weekends. It's old and dingy inside. Cardio equipment needs a lot of work or just replaced. Several roided out guys. Locker rooms are nasty, towels are hard to come by, rarely soap to wash hands. Service isn't bad, but it's a high pressure sales place. Overall it was cheap to pay up front and the facility was fine for me, certainly better than a 24 hour or LA Fitness place.
