::Good value for money, but nothing fancy. The equipment is rundown, and the place feels more like a private clubhouse for the trainers than a welcoming gym. But it's cheap and has everything you need. Darnell is easy to work with and wasn't pushing during the process of signing up.

::It's a decent Gold's. My home gym. Caters to federal employees, so plan your visit in slightly off-peak hours, or it's going to be busy.

::Gold's Gym (Cap. Hill) in SW DC is an excellent gym for meeting your fitness goals. You have access to all of the equipment, classes and challenges in one membership fee, and the fitness instructors are focused on your progress and well-being. The gym is a clean, well-managed, friendly and pleasant place to work out. It is also next door to the Federal Center SW Metro Stop. I value my Gold's membership above all else.

::I joined this gym in Capital Hill about two weeks ago and I’m very happy with it. It is very clean and organized. I see someone cleaning the bathroom every time I go and I’ve neen going everyday. The instructors are friendly and no one has been obnoxious. This place doesn’t get too crowded. There is always a machine available. I take advantage of the sauna. I agree that an upgrade to the showers would be nice but they serve their purpose. Nothing has happened for me to give them anything less than 5 stars. It’s unfortunate to see that other locations aren’t doing so well.

::The staff is very friendly and helpful, from Sam to Iverson. But the new guy Jasper could use a lesson in how to deal with costumers. He's good at his job but is lacking in personal skills. Other than that the gym is a good place. It's kinda small, but big enough for a good workout. And equipment is being slowly updated.
