    Gold's sure has changed since the last time I was there, it's not filled with meatheads, and size 0 models pretending to workout. Now there are regular people just trying to get into shape.

    This gym is ok when they decide to actually open on time in the morning. However it is so annoying and frustrating when I show up at 5AM sharp and I am forced to wait 30minutes or more for people to unlock the door. The staff is young, dumb, and irresponsible. Besides that, the equipment is just decent.
