  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a business in my life. Not only were they the lowest price quote for my gold and silver, when I told them what another store had quoted me they insisted it couldn't be that much and treated me like I was lying. They asked to call the other store and verify the quote which they claimed to do and told me the other store said I had never been in that day. A lie on their part because I went back to the first store (Great Lakes Coins in Burnsville) and got the originally quoted price which was almost $1,000.00 more than Goldmax offered even after the clerk "called the owner" for permission to bump the price. I would never ever do business with these people again and I would encourage everyone else to not waste there time here.
