  Golde Gloves is awesome! The coaches are all very knowledgeable and they push you to work harder and harder every workout! This gym gives off good vibes and everyone is friendly and helpful.

  I usually didn't do a lot of work out but after I started going to golden gloves for the first time I haven't stopped going, it is the best workout class that I have gone to. There way of teaching never gets boring there is always something different to do both couches have there own way of teaching. The atmosphere feels great since the first day you go they always welcome you with lots of love and joy everyone there are great people.

  Outstanding workout! You come here to sweat. Coaches Cesar and Rich will make sure of that! Family owned and operated; which is why it doesn't surprise me that the environment/atmosphere reflects the same. Everyone is friendly and have the same goals in mind... lose weight and feel great! I highly recommend this gym.

  I love Golden Gloves. I've been a member since their grand opening. I get exactly what I come for....a workout that has me sweaty, tired, and feeling accomplished when I walk out the doors. I try and come every day and every day the workout is different. It can be anything from flipping tires and doing cross training to sparring in the ring with classmates to boxing techniques to calisthenics to kickboxing. Your body gets worked and you'll never get bored because it's always something different. The coaches are amazing. I can't say enough about the coaches. Coach Cesar and Rich are always walking around making sure your technique and body movements are correct and giving encouraging words that motivate you to push yourself even harder. They are very knowledgeable coaches that really care about what they are teaching and believe me they will make sure you get a good workout in. The staff is awesome too. They are super friendly and always make you feel welcomed. I love this place. It's a comfortable environment with a family atmosphere.
