  Everytime I ask for Zing Sauce with my fish the manager always acts so surprised and tells me it's not included but for some strange reason I keep having to point out that it's on their menu outside. The service here could be better

  It's like cheers! Everybody knows your name they remember my order. The food is great. And all I have to say is Hi this is mr. Morton. Any remember what I usually get. :-)

  This place is a joke they never get my orders right! I went last night to order 10 pcs of roasted chicken and i requested 3 chicken breast and i had to pay a little extra which i already knew that.. so i got to the window the lady gave me my order drove all the way home just to find out there was ZERO chicken breast in my bag!! At this point i was already boiling!! My husband wanted to drive back and speak to the manager but i told him no because it’s not even worth it. We live a bit far from crowley i just happen to be in area visiting my mom that why i went to this location. Anyways the whole point of this review is me telling y’all that y’all have ONE job.. make sure you’re giving the right order to your customers.. because i waited in line for almost 10 min with my infant crying in the car.. just for y’all to get my damn order wrong. EVERYTIME i go to this location y’all ALWAYS get my order wrong. Like how hard is it to put the right meat in my bag..

  Frontline staff is good and friendly, compliments to the cashier and cooks. The manager is incompetent and on a power trip. He thinks that if they don't give you an item that's included, like a bowl of gravy, then you should be charged for one when you go ask for one. This was not given to us in the first place. Probably won't come back.
