::Not just this location. This bank is horrid. They took my rent money when I told them I couldn't make a payment. They kept telling me to fill out hardship paperwork I didn't qualify for at all. They do the math to push a loan through and then ask how you got a loan. Like, yo, you did the math not me. Today, the ATM wouldn't dispense my money despite saying it did. I walk immediately inside to wait 20 minutes to be told I have to file a dispute despite the fact it was the machine. Then, pull out more money as if I can afford that because they simply wouldn't give me my money. She admitted it was the bank's mistake, but they're going to investigate the 'dispute'. Terrible business and customer service is not a thing. They control your money like it's theirs. Go elsewhere. Even Wells Fargo has had better customer service in the past.

::Okay. The customer service as far as the employees are concerned are really pleasant. It's just staffing that needs attention. Their are only 2 tellers on a Friday before the first of the month when they open. They're is a line around the corner already. Please address this with other offices.

::Always a terrible experience. The personal bankers one girl in particular never wants to do her job or help you. You always feel like your inconveniencing them. I can count on my hand all the times I’m told we can’t help you can’t be helped at this time. We went in and over heard another client tell the personal banker who was free that was they were hacked I overheard her tell them how that had to wait and may not be able to be seen. I understand the appointment factor but she was unoccupied when the other bankers were busy yet she was so unwilling to help anyone. Happy to tell you to go online or to another bank.

::The worst automated system ever, you have to speak out loud it is the only option. If ur walking or driving it's not only seemingly embarrassing but also the wind makes it send you to a 13 min wait time for a employee for no reason. I'm leaving the bank because I just can't live like this

::Christopher is horrible teller, with no basic customer service or hospitality what so ever. Came in with 110 one dollar bills and asked for bigger bills in exchange and said he wouldn’t do it without my banking information (one of the other tellers exchanged the bills without needed my debit card). As I was walking out he proceeded to be a rude to his next guest, an elderly gentleman. Recommend that NO ONE do business with this bank location until they hire people who are not blatantly rude and lack basic customer service skills. Hopefully your response to my review is that your garbage employee is no longer an employee.
