  I had a thorny issue I couldn't solve online (creating an account for a minor and linking it to my regular account etc. etc.), so I went into the downtown SJ location. The woman who assisted me (Jackie) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explained everything she was doing and solved my problem. She then asked me where I had parked and validated my parking (which was good, bc I had totally forgotten about the parking validation). I couldn't have asked for better assistance.

  Almost impossible to speak with a person when trying to contact Golden 1 via phone. When I did get through to a person, the representative put me on hold and then hung up on me. This is absolutely pathetic.

  The manager at park ave branch is very rude and don't know how to treat customer. He have very very bad attitude .

  No validation on parking for me eventhough I went in, waited in the line and conducted a business transaction. Not to mention, they give validations daily. What a way to treat a customer. 👍
