  Second time here- first day I came all they did was take X-rays, no cleaning because the hygienist left, don’t know why they would schedule the appointment still. Due to work it’s hard to just get days off Monday and Wednesday because apparently that’s the only time they are open. 2 days out of 7 days a week. Staff is extremely rude especially front desk and they barley ever pick up the phone and the funny thing is that the phone is never ringing otherwise so they aren’t busy on a call with other patients. And today I had to wait and hour and half even when the place was not busy at all. Just going to finish my Root canal therapy and look for another place.

  They are the worst place I have ever been to every person in the office is rude and unprofessional and nasty attitudes not a way to treat patients looking for help i would rate this place negative stars if I could you ladies should be ashamed of yourselves

  My dentist, Dr. Ginsberg, made it the worst dental appointment I ever had through not only her attitude but her poor hygiene. Not coming back.

  Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a dental office. I called Thursday in terrible pain I was told the earliest I could be seen would be Monday at 4:30. I managed through the weekend but not happily. I called each day to see if anything opened up. Finally Saturday I was told if I wanted I could come down Monday morning and they would try to see me early. Come Monday I arrive at the office to be told my appointment was cancelled. I was very upset but remained calm and explained the situation. I was then told they would take care of me much to my relief. Well it didn't last long. After 2 hours of waiting and countless people going in before me I finally asked what was going on. I was told to make an appointment later in the week. Totally outrageous. This office doesn't even deserve to be open.
