  I absolutely love this place!! Great food and great staff. Doesn’t get any better for a bagel store then this.

  The staff is lovely. They are very fast. This place is great for a quick bite however, to me , their prices are ridiculous. Everything is over priced .

  If there was a negative star, I would have added that instead. I saw a woman behind the counter remove either gum or a candy from her mouth. I was hoping she would wash her hands but then I saw her straighten the hot cups then pick up her own coffee cup. On the way out I spoke to a man who might have been a manager and his answer was "she only handles the register". DOES NOT MATTER SIR!!!. She will be touching things and straightening supplies. His answer was shocking. I also saw a bag of ice laying on top of the lox. ..was the refrigeration not working??? Will not go there again. Certainly his lack of understanding about disease prevention and cross contamination is a red flag about everything else.
