  Everyone I met was very friendly and nice.I beieve them 2 be a Christain family whos daughter has plenty of Shopkins 2 play with lol.I didnt get 2 get my pawn out in time b4 due date because of my job but thats on me.the s e are some good people at this business.

  I would like to respond to Michele Browns post about our family business. First of all, I am not familiar with this person at all, we have never done any type of business with her. Secondly, we have been in business since 1979 and have always had a very good reputation for being honest and fair with our customers. As far as us not following the proper "Protocol", all items pawned or sold to us are checked out by the Jacksonville Police Department and are video recorded. Sometimes when we can not take certain items due to age or condition, sadly some people get angry with us. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

  Everything that the previous comments stated about this place is not true. These people were as friendly as can be, went out of their way to help me and gave me a excellent deal. It was worth the almost 2 hour drive for me. I highly recommend doing business here with these people. Thanks again for everything. I appreciate it
