  LOST $1400 WORTH OF CLOTHING! I've been using Gold Cleaners for over 8 years. The owner/manager recently changed. I dropped off 17lbs of clothing on 1/16/18 for Wash and Fold Services and when I returned on the pick up date, I was handed my laundry bag with someone else's clothing. The owner requested that I give him time to find my clothing. I stopped back periodically throughout the next 2 weeks; After week one, he did find some of my clothing (7lbs @ ~$415.00). He requested additional time to find the remaining clothing. I just returned to his establishment and was told the clothing is still missing. I provided a detailed inventory of all missing items (~10lbs @ $933.00 cost to replace). The owner called me a liar and said he refuses to pay for the loss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  This place has lost people's clothing on multiple occasions. I once dropped off a batch of laundry and when I picked it up, one of my hoodies had gone missing. I asked the man about it multiple times and each time he said he'd check for it, but surprise, surprise, never found it. He made no effort to make amends. On two other occasions, I watched as he searched through the dry cleaning only to tell the customer he couldn't find their order. At a laundry / dry cleaning place where the only expectations are that your clothes WILL come back to you (clean and in one piece), losing the clothes is completely unacceptable. A mess!

  Love this place because the service is amazing. I use them for same day wash & fold as well as dry cleaning. I won't go anywhere else!
