Absolutely terrible service. Employees have no idea what was going on or what they doing. Worst service I have come across in a very long time. I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years from small pizza places like this to fine dinning and never have I seen such disarray and complete concussion. Get it together.

Incredibly slow. 2+ hours for one carryout pizza. And they got the order wrong but I wasn't going to keep waiting. Good if they aren't busy and give you what you ordered.

This is a little upsetting. Ive been a Godfathers pizza lover for probably 38 yrs. When the store opened on 120th I visited frequently and was thrilled about the Denver store opening. I went to pick up my order the other day at the new store and my debit card was declined three times so I hopped on the phone to call my bank to find out what the heck was going on but before I could reach a banker the gal behind the counter handed the order to me and said were going to just give them to you. At first I thought WOW that was awesome of them then I got a hold of my bank. They advised they were trying to charge more than the tab was for, they auto added a tip without asking or advising not only that but the amount showing on the register was not the amount they were trying to charge. So 3 times I was embarrassed by the decline and it was because of their sneaky add on for tip. Now I placed order online and went to pick it up. If I wanted to give them a tip that's my decision on a counter pick-up. If they would have processed for the amt due no decline would have happened but they added on $3.00 which is where the problem was. I'm not happy they put me through the embarrassment and I feel like I was conned because the amount showing on the register is NOT what they were charging me. I was so excited for the store closer to me, and my first order pick-up resulted in humiliation. Over and over they ran my card knowing they added tip but never said a word. I feel like they gave me the pizza to get me out before I found out what they were doing. So disappointed. I know $3.00 isn't much, but I was left embarrassed for that $3.00. There is NO posting in the store that they will take money for tip. Buyer beware.
