  Great company! Reserved my pod online however did not receive a confirmation. Called the next day and they did not have it in their system, however they worked with me to reserve the pod and got me the contact within an hour to sign and delivered my pod the next day! Also pick up a few months later was super easy, just gave them a call and on the agreed pick-up date I received a phone call from the driver that morning with the exact time! Great experience!

  The 800 number wasn't responsive but if you call the local number they are great. Units were very weather secure and sturdy too!

  The worst customer service. First they mixed up names on who the storage unit was to be under which caused them not to find the rental agreement. Subsequently, it created mass confusion multiple times when they were to do the pick up. Finally had this issue resolved and then they had forgotten to pick up a storage container for MONTHS. Pick up was to occur in September. When they were called to ask why this was not picked up and why we were charged for MONTHS for a container that was to have been picked up, they woman on the phone became highly irritated and belligerent. States she needed to speak with management and will call me back. Never called back. When I called to follow up, she was nasty as sin. WORST customer service. WORST scheduling. WORST company. DO NOT USE!

  They delivered a pod to my house,When they picked the pod up they gauged the two back corners ruining the asphalt In front of the pod there were two sunken spots in the asphalt at the rear of the pod .They said it was an old driveway and offered fifty dollars.It was old but not ruined,they should of put wood down so this did not happen.Dont use this company if you value your property because they dont value your property. Would post less than one star if i could.
