  Stopped by at this location today to pick up an item, and they would not honor their own coupon. Horrible customer service. Looks like I'll be sticking to vitamin shoppe from now on.

  I stopped in this particular location for the first time yesterday and we are new to the area. I usally shop at GNC on base and never have a problem with the staff, or do I ever feel pressured to buy, or made to feel like I'm stupid or how I spend my money. The association greeted me as I entered the store and asked if I need help finding something and I told him what I was looking for. As I picked up the bottle the associated mentioned that if I buy 2 bottles I would get the third free. I replied; thank you, but I'm not willing to pay over $45 today. He then replied; so let me get that straight...and went on to do the math for me like I can't do that on my own. I then said:); no thank, not today and I don't need three bottles of vitamins. So he mentioned the Gold card membership to me. I kindly declined and said I was a previous member and it really doesn't payout for me. So say replies; WOW , you really don't like to safe money, do you? What?! I've worked as a Retail Manager for over 19 years and coached and trained associates. I can appreciate selling technics, but he was rude and abrasive.

  Great selection for such a small store. Friendly staff and conveniently located. Pricey, but I'd expect that from GNC.
