  HORRIBLE GHETTO COMPANY Super unprofessional I am so shocked and disgusted . Their website has been down for like 2 weeks ! I have been trying to pay my first bills since ! I called multiple times to get the payment in system down errors everywhere ! You can't go online either system maintenance. Never received anything in the mail ! I called the dealer about 100 times they had to reach out to their rep who states the system should be up " today" It was still down until 10ish am . I ended up calling customer service after waiting almost 45 mins . She basically told me 1) she can't give out my account number I have to wait for the statement to come in the mail whenever that may be . she blamed the holiday mail delay . That's fine but that eliminates the online payment option because just to register you need your account number . 2 ) she told me over the phone payments will be charged 7 - 10 bucks more , I asked if it could be waived because this is the first time they have picked up since the system was down and if I had my account number I could of set it up online but again the system is down which is their fault !. she told me NO she can't waive it . I ask to speak with a manager and was told Ms. chambers should be calling me back , I really doubt anyone will call me back ! I'm going to the BBB and anywhere else I can go horrible terrible scam company RUN RUN RUN .... oh I just called to make the payment with the auto number its asking for my account number which I do not have WO W!!! I never tried so hard in my life to pay a bill

  Gm financial is a great company, how ever it gets bashed on alot . Some people dont understand the way it works, if your late on your payments then theres a late fee accrued. If you dont make your payments at all then yes itll get reported to the credit. Also screaming and yelling and threatening these customer representatives isnt the way to go . They have a job to do just like the rest of us , some are compassionate some are more assertive. When i get a rude representative i hang up and call for another one. I dont find the need to growl and scorn them when i know i was late. Also mailed payments are a head ache , but its not gm financials fault that the check got lost, c'mon.... we are grown adults. I know im responsible to call and update my information i know im responsible to pay my bills and if im late i own up to it like a boss lol . If i work and cooperate with them they always go the extra mile for me . Thankyou

  I've had issues with a charge on my account that shouldn't be there. Long story short and from a customers point of view it is frustrating dealing with them, getting someone who cares and can help. I've been disconnected, etc. What's really frustrating is that to prove a charge shouldn't be there they say to email them at [email protected] the only problem is that once you do, if what they are looking for isn't what they want no one calls and it goes on until you call back. Tre who told me he's a manager even told me I will never get a reply back from that acct. I just feel like it is bad customer service.. Now I get my bill and it still has issues, I need to call back up and go through this again. Hopefully what I send this time works but I wont know until next month.... Tre couldn't give me his email to help me, or his last name.. Its just bad service. C'mon guys I'm not asking for a lot here, just some help. I won't lease from here again, and I wouldn't recommend them.

  Great place to work. Very friendly co workers and management. As far as business ethics i would say personally i treat each customer with respect and dignity within each hardship they may encounter. GM Financial is indeed a cut above the rest.
