  My fiance got my engagement ring here it is beautiful and lovely and one of a kind and I love the ring. As far as experience goes it was OK not above and beyond so 3.5 / 4 stars. I went in to get my ring resized the first time and went home afterward and realised it was still very loose. It got sized wrong and I had to come back and the second time had to pay to do it the 2nd time. Had the first person whom helped me explained to me more about ring sizes I would have gotten it sized right the first time. I thought (as someone who knows nothing about rings) it was supposed to be kind of loose. Anyways... The second time I came in these two other friendly gals spent 15 minutes helping me size it correctly. But the first time I went in I feel I wasn't thoroughly explained how it should fit on my finger. As this is the first time I've ever worn a ring it would have been nice for her to have helped me a little more and gone above and beyond and talked about their experience with ring sizing then I wouldnt have had the inconvenience of coming a second time and having to pay for the second resize. Also, I came in on a day they were closed (Sat Dec 30th) and it wasn't posted on their website or Google that the place was closed so I drove 40 minutes (each way) for nothing... So personally I had an OK customer experience with this place but love my actual ring itself now that it fits right.

  My husband and I went to Gloria's to look at jewelry for my upcoming birthday. The staff was very knowledgeable and the store and cases were very clean and attractive. They have beautiful custom and vintage jewelry. Both the custom and vintage jewelry are highly appealing as the pieces are one of a kind. We found two stunning vintage silver bracelets. When I got home, I looked at the silver hallmarks and one bracelet was made by master silversmith Jose Luis Flores, and the other by Charles Albert whose jewelry is worn at Red Carpet events. Both purchases were modestly priced, far below the online price for bracelets by the same silversmiths. Of course, Gloria also has top of the line gems and diamond jewelry selling for thousands of dollars. A pair of diamond stud earrings for $26,000 caught my husband's eye. Maybe he will give me those for Christmas. Highly recommend Gloria's for jewelry. They also repair jewelry as well as make custom jewelry to your design.
