  This place is the WORST pharmacy in all of NYC. Unfortunately, this is the pharmacy that my doctor uses for compound prescriptions, but from now on I am going to REFUSE to use them. EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THEM THEY DELIVER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They also don't apologize for getting it wrong every single time. Now I've been waitig a week for my prescription because of their incompetence and their number has been busy for the past hour. Don't they have more than one line??? I can't say ENOUGH bad things about them, they don't even deserve this one star but I couldn't post this if I didn't click on it.

  I went in a few weeks ago for compression stockings and was told they weren't covered by my insurance, even though I had been told by 2 different doctors that they were. They didn't even bother to contact my insurance or help in any way. Today, I went into a different medical supply store prepared to pay for the stockings and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got coverage from my insurance, even though I didn't have my insurance card with me. I was told my insurance covers me for 2 pairs of stockings per year. The staff at Globe Surgical were not only unprofessional, but also ill-informed, if not outright corrupt. I really hope their work ethic is improved if they don't want to lose further business.

  so if your question is not to their interest, you are treated bad. i wonder why did i ever recommend them to anyone. Rude and un-professional people. once they answered me with a no we can't help you they just went back to what they do as if i just disappeared. no questions allowed they will not even try to recommend or share any type of knowledge. i wonder why they turned to be like that!! if you need real help find someone who is not greedy like them or at least nicely answer you!!
