  You're better off just going to an online brokerage service. While I'm a huge fan of having an agent, the customer care for their clients is horrible. Every time I've called this agency, they referred me to the insurance company for details. The whole point of having an "agent" is that the "agent" does some of the run-around work and research. I'd have a better chance trying to get in touch with Flo from the Progressive commercials than having something properly explained to me from these guys.
