  Contacted them for an estimate....they charge a $90. "site fee" to come to your house and give you an estimate...no thanks...good luck with that business model.

  I called them multiple times having to hear that they will call me back. They mentioned to me how they cannot finish the conversation to schedule an appointment for the fact that a customer has walked in. I think their business needs to strive to treat all customers equally and no job should be too big or too small.

  I had an idea for my fireplace. After going to about 5 different places that wouldn't help me with my project, (which was enclosing one side of a 2 sided fireplace with glass) Matt took the time to hear me out with what I was trying to accomplish. He offered several suggestions, and simplified the whole process. I also got cabinet door windows as well. There's no BS, they just get the job done right. Thanks

  I have used Global Glass several times over the years and have always had the most pleasant encounters. The staff is always prompt and courteous. They also did my in-laws glass shower door. It is innovative and beautiful.

  Global Glass and Mirror is a lifesaver! My son put a lacrosse ball threw our front window and they came out, boarded up our window and installed a new one within a week! While they were installing our new window I had them also measure for some bathroom mirrors! They came out great as well. I highly recommend them!
