::What a sham, I have tried for months to get an invoice on the products and labor this company provided. Their response was "we don't do that". What company cannot supply a list of items a customer is charged and the price per item cost, including labor? They ruined the top of my vintage console when spraying the foam into my attic. They sent a crew who did not speak English, so none of my questions could be answered. After reading all the reviews, I have been given the same treatment as those of you who have had an issue with this company. After several calls and complaints to this company, they gave me a $100 refund but nothing more. Stay away from these guys and the next time I attend a Home and Garden Show, I plan to let the sponsors of the show know of the terrible reviews this company has gotten from consumers. I also plan to seek the company out at the show, and ask them why they promote themselves in such a grand manner but fail to address the issues that customers have with them. WHY? This experience has certainly taught me a lesson, a very expensive and time wasting one. Is there any of the other dissatisfied customers that have taken legal action? If so, I would like to find out who the lawyer is that has been willing to take them on in court. Wally Gardipe Dallas TX. They may have another client willing to pursue legal action. ::This company steals your money and when you call them out on it they never return your call. Run away as fast as you can when the salesman rings your doorbell. I've had my panels since June 2016 and was promised 40% savings on my bill per month, which would justify the investment if it actually worked that way. My bill this month shows my system generated a total of 83KW, about 10% of what I used for the month. It saved me a total of $5.73, not even a 5% savings. No customer service whatsoever! You can't get in touch with anyone, unless of course, you call the sales dept.

::I went to their office to speak to someone about solar in general. I spoke with 2 or 3 of their sales reps about solar. I felt like I was buying a used car. They were very unprofessional and I felt as if they did not care about what I was looking for. They just wanted to make a sale. They are straight commissioned sales reps and there is a high turnover for the employees. I did not buy from them and I started looking elsewhere.

::one star is 100% more than this company deserves. Over two years with the product, several thousands of dollars spent, many unanswered calls and emails to address issues for the products installed that have not resulted in any positive results as originally sold to us. I would be open to joining a class action law suit if one is available. I highly recommend not using this company.
