  The Glenwood Agency is awesome! Ann-Cabell and Caroline walked me step by step through everything... as it was my first time buying a house, I was unfamiliar with the process and documents, but they were very patient with me and helped me understand it all. They quelled my fears and also gave me very specific instructions on what to do and how. I VERY highly recommend them!

  The Glenwood Agency is amazing to work with!! They sold our home and helped us with purchasing a new home. Our current home sold quickly and the process of buying the new home was extremely easy. The whole process was seamless. Anytime we had a question, they were very quick to respond and took a lot of the stress out of the home buying process.   Ann knows Downtown Raleigh and I can't imagine having anyone else represent me, either for rentals or for the sale of property. Ann represented my wife and me for five years on an upscale property we owned and rented in downtown. Any issues with the rental property were always quickly resolved to our satisfaction. When it came time to sell this same property, Ann worked with us to determine a fair price, pictures of the property were very professionally done, and in less than three weeks we had an acceptable contract for both parties. She is knowledgeable, professional, accessible, engaging and works for you. Ann is wonderful and her staff is amazing as well. We highly recommend Ann and The Glenwood Agency!
