  I love everything Glendale! Everything I do that relates to drill and ceremonies is handled through this wonderful store from rifles, to uniform accessories, to Color Guard gear. This store has improved all of its faults over the past few years! AMAZING!

  The knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives and commitment to doing everything they can for their customers is what brings me back time and again for all of my Drill and Ceremony equipment needs. Having coached a nationally competitive drill team myself, I can attest that Glendale Parade Store is the first and only stop for me when I need to outfit my team for the year. I highly recommend use of their services.

  Total incompetence. The only way that you can get these people to do their job is through a series of angry phone calls with them, and even then expect your order to be messed up. I ordered items an entire month prior to the date I needed them. Three weeks later I still didn't have the items and was informed that they weren't in stock. There was no notification of this on their website, or else I would have purchased the items somewhere else. After many aggravating phone calls they finally ship my order which arrived only two days before the event that I needed them for. If this doesn't already sound like a nightmare scenario; they sent me the wrong items, and then informed me that my items had been sent to someone else. So now the event I needed these for is here and I'm the one who has to try to figure out a last minute substitute. Despite this their customer service reps still have the nerve to hang up on me for being 'too upset'. Never again will I use their services. Never will I recommend this store to anyone. Also, use caution when criticizing this store, or else the owner may call you out on your manliness.

  DO NOT ORDER!!!!! I ordered 2 rifles from them 4 weeks ago, havent recieved them. No tracking number so i call them, rifles still havent shipped out and they said there isnt a store to pick them up at. Go online, bam call agead to pick up at store. Poor cutomer service, poor customer relationship, poor everything
