::The staff at Glass as always is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I have never received a bad haircut or color treatment. The one time I wasn't 100 percent satisfied they worked with me until I was. Keep up the good work ! I will definitely be back !

::I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have had blow-outs with at least 4 different stylists on many different and have always been treated well and walked out being very happy with my hair. You can't beat the package of ten blow-outs for $250. It's quick and easy and you avoid the hassles of some of the bigger salons. I aleays recommend to friends and family.

::I have been to this salon twice. The first time was fine but the second time I went for a blowout and brought my sister who wanted a haircut. She had booked the appointments on the booking site and when we got to the salon they had her go first then I got my hair washed second. We were seated next to each other and while our hair was being done the owner went up to the stylist cutting my sisters hair saying she running behind and is late for her next appointment and to hurry up. She yelled at my sister for getting a haircut when she booked a blowout. She told the stylist cutting my sisters hair to stop and move to her next client who was now at the salon. And apparently is superior to any other customer in the salon for some reason. My sister felt so uncomfortable as did the stylist who said to my sister she was sorry but she HAD to listen to the owner. She then rushed my sisters hair and did a really bad job with the cut and blowout. The ends are all the wrong length and its really obvious in the back. She left with partially wet hair. When my sister went to pay she showed the owner the confirmation email showing she booked a haircut. The owner did NOT apologize but explained that my sister and I had been sent to the wrong stylists. Essentially we got switched and the woman cutting my sisters hair was booked for my blowout which takes less time and had a scheduled appointment directly after mine. However this is NOT my sisters fault or problem. This is something the owner should have worked out herself and privately. In no way shape or form should my sister been made to feel bad about this AND should not have then had poor quality service. The owner accepted no blame and instead told my sister that next time, haircuts are 45, blowouts are 35 minutes. Something that customers shouldn't need to know or worry about. I know many people write off negative reviews because people most often only post when they're mad instead of posting about positive experiences. But my cousin actually just went last week and have the same experience. She booked a blowout on the booking site and when she called to change the time they screwed up what she booked and again, blamed it on my cousin. We will never go again and I will tell all of my friends and family to avoid this salon and go to the countless other options in the area.
