  This place is a joke. I got an express blowout and the stylist did a worse job than I can do myself. I went straight from this place to Drybar to get my hair fixed. It came out a thousand times better. I wish I hadn't wasted my time at Glam & Go. Oh, and the Glam & Go stylist also had no idea what I was talking about when I told her I had two express blowouts on my account (purchased during their holiday sale), after I had been assured by a staff member over email that they would make sure I was all set for that specific appointment. The poor quality of the service is enough to stay away from this place. But it gets worse. I followed up with an email after my appointment to customer support and the owner to let them know about my experience, and I NEVER heard back. So, they're obviously not concerned about keeping customers happy. Keep that in mind if you think about giving them a chance...if you encounter any issues at all, it's likely you'll be ignored.

  This salon is a joke! My friend and I were supposed to receive express blowouts, but instead received Shirley Temple curls. It was ridiculous! The woman who did our hair had no people skills and couldn't even carry on a conversation with us. She never greeted us when we got there or thanked us for coming in. Don't waste your time or money here!!!
