  I reached out in November and my event was not until March. I received a prompt reply and all the information I requested. Whenever I had a question Melissa answered promptly. During the wait Melissa would reach out with any newly available packages or add-on's that I may have wanted. My event (babyshower) turned out to be amazing. Thank you!
