  I recently went to Glam By Elysa for an 'Acne Facial '. The young lady who did my facial was kind and did a good job, as she made my face feel very smooth and clean. The acne facial was well done; however, the service was unprofessional. At one point during my appointment, the young lady taking care of me stopped the soothing music to change the Pandora station, which added disruptive commercials. I thought that was a bit strange. Also during the end of my appointment, she suddenly disrupted the silence again and said, "Oh my god, I forgot to put money in the meter." After this I definitely noticed a change of pace to finish my appointment. This comment about forgetting to put money in her meter was an inappropriate thing to say when dealing with a client. Again the Acne Facial was very well done, but the service I received was unprofessional.
