  This is THE WORST place I've visited. I got there at 0430 Tuesday morning, November 21st 2017. Dropped my car off and filled out the paperwork. I used a Groupon that Gave me 3 days parking for $24 TOTAL. On my way back home, I'm calling and no one answered. I had to call another Impark and they tried to call this location (Lot 20) and no one answered. An Impark employee gave me the number to the manager of Lot 20 (Roger Mac Farlen) mind you, the day called him, was Thanksgiving Night 6pm, and he didn't answered. I'm sitting in South Carolina airport calling Lot 20, and then him, NO RESPONSE. I text him, and he responded 30 mins later, telling me the phone lines are down. If the phone lines are down, there should be a SECONDARY number, since they have people's Vehicle's in their possession. The Impark employee that gave me Mr. McFarlens number, called him 6 Times before he picked up. Then he responded to me, via TEXT that he's sorry for the trouble (not a call, a text. This is a manager mind you). I finally get there, and I now had to pay an additional $21 to get my cat out of His Lot 20. NO ONE told me, I'll have to pay to get my car out. So i paid $24 to put it in, and then had to pay $21 to get my car back. This place is unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. Roger Mc Farlen (have no idea how your name is spelled, but that's the name for sure), you should be disappointed in yourself sir. You people LIED and CHEATED a customer. I should post your number on here, so the public can call you and curse you out, for all the others you and your people Robbed.

  A great option for a budget yet very decent and safe long term parking. Make sure you search for their deals on Groupon (usually available at up to 60% discount). The check in/out is very easy and the staff are quite helpful. This parking is great whether you're traveling via JFK or LGA (this parking garage is located in between) so you can basically travel from one airport and come back using the other while parked in this garage. The transportation, however, is not free (no free shuttle) between the garage and the airport. You'll have to either use their partner taxi service for 20$ or go on your own.

  Worst parking lot. Made a DMV reservation online and come it was closed I was in parking lot for 3 minutes and paid $6 I asked for manager and she was rude. I ended up saying thank you to her and she didn't even bother.

  On Friday May 20, 2016, as I was going to park, the attendant sent me to another lot. Usually if you get in before 8am, it is $ 6.00 for the day. When I went to get my car, they told me it would be $21.00 because the lot they sent me to did not honor the same all day parking. I called the office and they told me there was nothing they could do. NOT parking here again!
