  Their website says delivery takes about 50 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes passed I decided to give them a call to see what the hold up was on my order. I get ahold of someone over the phone that immediately starts having a side conversation with another employee. After about 5 minutes of back and forth I am told that they just received my order and it would be on my way in about 10 minutes or so (How if I received a confirmation that my order was received by them an hour and 20 minutes ago?). Also, keep in mind that I’m currently staying at the Sheraton which is LESS THAN HALF A MILE AWAY. I couldn’t imagine how much longer I would have waited if I were miles away from their restaurant. The service sucks! The other downfall is that they charge you an automatic delivery fee regardless on if they deliver your order on time. Come on son! The pizza ended up coming TWO HOURS after I ordered it. And to make matters worse the pizza ended up being cold. How does that happen!? If you are going to order from this place just go in or don’t even bother. Take this from a guy that rarely writes reviews and only does if the restaurant is truly amazing or utterly ridiculous... and this one is number two.

  Food is very good- explicitly asked for mozzarella cheese sticks. I ordered, arrived, paid 16 dollars... for cheese bread. I can't eat it because of the carbohydrates... kinda irritated i just spent 16 dollars for something i explicitly said i don't want. I wanted fried mozzarella cheese sticks. 16 dollars to come off of for something you can't use is kinda irritating. I may not go back simply because of these circumstances. It's decent food though.

  One of the best pizza i have eaten in recent times. The service is amazing and the owner, staff is very courteous. Looking forward to visiting them again.

  This is as authentic of a quick big city pizza/Italian lunch spot you will find in Indy. Good slices. Reminiscent of New York on interior, just fewer people. Giorgio himself will sing some Dean Martin or Sinatra if he's in the right mood. Perfect for a quick lunch.

  WOW! Great New York style pizza! The pie arrived very fresh and hot. The driver is always very courteous. Parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes and napkins were delivered with the order. The crust (the most important element in a rating) was tender but chewy. Compares favorably to the best I’ve had in NYC. The sauce was wonderful. The toppings I ordered were applied generously (pepper, mushrooms, Italian sausage, green & yellow peppers, and onions.
