  My family has used Giordano Plumbing for decades. A family business spanning across three generations I have the privileged of knowing both Frank the father and Dan the son who now runs the business. The attention is personal, the response is great, and the work is clean and neat. Dan makes every effort to get the problem fixed without making a mess. I recently had my hot-water heater go. Dan worked till late in the night on a Saturday to make sure that my children and I had hot-water. The job was done neatly and professionally and when he said it would be. Thanks Dan.

  I had a pretty simple job to care of with my circulating pump. I should have gone with my first impression which was this guy is probably unreliable with the fact you had to call him back and can't leave a voice mail given he hasn't cleared his full mailbox in more than a week so I gave up. I don't know if plumbers just don't want the job or too busy, but out of professionalism, they should call you back. I was in contact him to come to my house to do the job after the estimate, but everytime, I had to follow-up with a call. When we finally chose a day and he said he would definitely do the job, he never called nor showed up. I'm very disappointed in this plumbing experience and find the business to be unprofessional and unreliable.
