  DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!! My boyfriend went to this attorney for a child custody case, at the consultation he seemed like he knew what he was talking about so we gave him a retainer. He cashed the check immediately, but when we sent him emails or called him about the status of the case we got the run around for three weeks, he sat on paperwork and did absolutely nothing for three weeks! We finally had enough and requested our retainer back so we can go see an attorney who knows what they are doing. With this he deducted $100.00 from the refund for his supposedly FREE consultation which was not so free after we decided not to use his services and this was never told to us. So unless you want the run around to only be ripped off, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone! We didn't even want to give him one star, but its the only way we can warn people.
