  Elegant and sophisticated Brazilian confectionary shop and bakery. Very easy to miss, and fairly tiny, but the interior is incredibly charming and the staff friendly. They are known for their decorated cakes, sweets, and Brazilian confections, popular for birthday parties. They have the largest selection of Brazilian confectionaries that I've ever seen, with over 15+ varieties of sweets/brigadeiros. They are all labeled by flavor, from beijinho (coconut kisses), leite ninho (powdered condensed milk), romeo and juliet (guava and cheese), cajuzinho, and many more. They are bite sized, and all delicious and unique! Check them out and try as many as you dare!

  Gostinho de Infância!!! Conheci por indicação, e sou muitíssimo grata a quem indicou, pois os doces são maravilhosos gente, a variedade de sabores, o modo como os brigadeiros são decorados é incrível e variada, dá até pena de comer de tão gourmet e vocês não vão passar aquela tristeza de comer doce velho, são fresquinhos, e todo brasileiro sabe que brigadeiro e doce bom é doce fresco né!!! Recomendo mil vezes viu!!!

  Adorable little bakery in Newark. You can tell it's genuinely Portuguese by the people that work there and the types of desserts that you can find. No one really spoke English, but it was simple enough to just point to what you want. We tried the 4 leches and churro cake and both were amazing. There's no place to sit, so you'd have to take whatever you get to go, but their cakes hold up pretty well even after a few hours! When I was there, it seems like there was a couple there ordering a wedding cake (or something of that nature) so I guess they do custom orders as well.

  Price to portion size is ridiculous. Some things are ok but other desserts look better than they taste.
