The food was good. The place is cool. The service not so much. I know we came in late at night, right before the kitchen closed. We ordered right away. But they kept coming by and saying take your time, but also asking if we were done. And before we even got up they took everything, including our waters, which we were still drinking. I get it. It's the end of the night, but you can't make the customer feel like they are not welcomed. Because I would definitely not come back after this.

This is your typical restaurant in the downtown area that serves overpriced sub-par quality food. I give this place 2.5 stars if half is an option. They come off as a fusiony Japanese style eats. Their service is somewhat decent and they seem to keep up with their appearance. I hear that happy hour is pretty popular although I would probably never know. If you are particular about Japanese cuisine, this is likley not the place for you. Do try if you don't mind mediocre eats for the price point.

Some of the tastiest Japanese food this side of the city. Their sushi is decent, but not the best. Their grilled dishes and starters are my favorites. This is a good spot for large parties and dates

The restaurant has an upscale vibe, and the prices are relatively average-to-high. The dinner set was delicious, though I didn’t try the mystery “tuna meatball” that came with it. Service was a bit slow, and our server seemed not to be paying much attention. We waited a long time for our bills, and some of us needed change. Server left for a while then came back and forgot who needed change (I’d say it’s pretty evident if you just took a look at what was put inside vs what the bill came out to). We ended up waiting so long for her to sort it out that one friend missed her ferry, which she could have made if it hadn’t taken that long.

Excellent food. Very polite staff. Very nice decor. Went on a Monday night and the service was excellent. You can spend $40 person or easily $100 per person depending on how crazy you go on sushi. The sushi is first class.
