  I love Ginseng Yoga!! Laxmi's Class is amazing!! If you haven't tried Yoga, or think you won't like it, You owe it to your self to try Yoga with a Good Instructor! Laxmi is a wonderful Yogas instructor and she is one of the main reasons why I love Yoga and why I encourage everyone to practice in it! YOGA is a Mind, Body and Emotional exercise! Balance Your Life,, Yoga Time!!

  I feel so amazing the second I step into this studio. It has such a beautiful healing energy and the teachers are all wonderful and highly trained. As a yoga teacher myself, I often find it difficult to find great studios with teachers who teach proper sequences to avoid injury. They really keep the core of what yoga is in mind in the classes, and I appreciate that they keep the sacredness of learning what it means to be in touch with healing your body and mind through yoga. Highly recommend.

  This place is amazing and very clean and organized... Heather the instructor for vinyasa 1-2 will look after you if it's your time and really guide you through the different poses I'll definitely be returning!

  I've taken seven classes in seven days. Enjoyed the variety and coaching. The teachers are knowledgeable and fun.
